Whispering Pines Country Estate only has 14 cottages, which makes the venue very popular for those who seek an uncrowded, private and tranquil experience. Even when the venue is fully booked, one almost feels that you have the place to yourself. Each cottage is beautifully furnished and decorated. The rooms are different in their layout, design and interior decor. Each is carefully located amongst the trees in a woodland environment, offering seclusion and comfort in this truly unique country setting. The main reception area has a cosy bar, lounge and library, and a beautiful dining room, each with fireplaces for warmth and comfort in Winter. Our own small Wellness Studio caters for all your beauty treatment and pampering massages. The Estate has two swimming pools (the smaller one is heated), table tennis, pool table, walk routes, mountain bikes and hammocks in the trees. Whispering Pines Estate has its own Wellness Studio, which is small, intimate and highly professional in its approach to ensuring your pampering needs are met. Your therapist, Myra McKenzie has several years of world class training and experience, both internationally and in South Africa. Treatments and products are of the highest quality and applied in a professional and caring manner. We have two treatment rooms, one for single treatments and the second to cater for couples who desire to have simultaneous treatments. Other facilities are changerooms, shower, toilet and reception room. We provide a personal locker and towels, gowns and slippers for your temporary use during the treatment session. Treatments are for ladies and gentlemen.We recommend that you book as early in advance as possible to avoid disappointment. Our resident Swiss trained master chef, Philip Fishpen, has extensive local and international catering experience. His passion and dedication that goes into each and every serving is a delightful experience on the palate.
