A 33% deposit against the total quoted cost is required before a booking can be confirmed.
If a confirmed booking is subsequently cancelled for any reason whatever, the following refund policy shall apply.

E-Bookings-SA will deduct 15% or a minimum of R. 45.00 from all refunds to cover bank charges and administration costs
Any client who does not show up or leaves early is liable for the full cost of the booked accommodation, services and any purchases during their stay.
Insurance: To avoid any misunderstanding, a booking constitutes a binding contract. All guests confirming a booking are advised to take out insurance to cover the full cost of their accommodation in the event of a cancellation.
We take a dim view of and penalise any establishment owner who double books rooms or whose services fall below that advertised on the www.ebookingssa.com website. Should you be unhappy with the standard of accommodation, or service you receive, we ask you to please inform us as soon as possible and we will do all in our power to rectify the situation.
In the rare instance of your confirmed, booked room/s having been double booked by your chosen establishment, E-Bookings-SA undertakes to find you alternative accommodation of equal or superior standard, in the same area, at no extra cost. Any extra cost of accommodation will be paid by E-Bookings-SA.

If by chance you have a genuine complaint, please also let us know so that we can investigate.
